We are going to try strip tilling and deep banding P and K for the first time this fall. Broadcast fertilizer we are just applying according to the Tri-State recommendations. But I'm wondering if we can/should reduce our rates in a band.
What sort of fertilizer rates are people running in a strip till program? I'm thinking about trying 75% of recommended rates.
