Dr Sten Ekberg has a lot of good info. Here is a good one. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Nb8wj3x3ak And a lot more videos if you have time. https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=dr+sten+ekberg+blood+pressure John Edit: Just remembered. When on blood pressure medicine at night if I rested my arms on my chest they would go to sleep. I would have to keep my arms down to my side (below my heart) or they would "fall asleep". It would wake me and I would put my arms down to my side. Makes me wonder what it was doing to my brain blood as it was on a pillow above my heart.....but I digress. If you listen to the first video above it explained it to me. When I went off blood pressure medicine I no longer have that problem. So...... the BP medicine lowered my blood pressure............. but what else was it doing to me that was bad? Once I got off the medicine and lowered my blood pressure naturally through diet, the sleeping arms AND the BP problems both went away.
