NCND | If you want to see what things use to be like look at photos from the 1800s. You’ll see forest that are much smaller height wise compared to today. Back then things burnt off regularly but now we try to “protect” forests. Letting nature runs its course would take care of all pine beatle problems. Go look at photos of Mount Rushmore when they first got there. Trees are all sub 20’ I bet. Not today and today they have pine beatle issues.
Forest have been burning forever. It’s not climate change it’s just the same old thing that’s been happening forever but now there are people in the way of fires and it’s news. | |
