The psychology of all those participants is exactly what makes charts work...that is what forms the patterns that technical chart traders use to trade by. The market moves in anticipation of the fundamentals...if you can't grasp this concept you will struggle with trying to figure out where price may go...

First target for the sale should be at a line off the monthly chart at the 25% line off the bottom of the Pattern using the month that you want to make a sale...if it cannot break that 25% line then you can expect it to test the lows again. That is the pattern.
