Do have some tight spaces do you think 4 feet would matter that much more?
Pickup wheelbase will matter more than trailer for tight spaces (i.e regular cab vs 4 door long box is huge difference.) IMHO if it is tight enough that a 24' won't get thru you are asking for problems with a 20' as well. FWIW we have a 7x26 that we pull with a CC long box K3500 and we have considered looking at trading for a 28-32' trailer.
