She does not have anywhere close to those problems. In fact she hardly has trouble at all. It is just when she takes quite a bit of fat at once that it occasionally gives her problems. Too much MCT or fish oil at once will do it for her. Food rarely does.

We only eat twice a day and avoid fiber. From what I have learned fiber is not needed for good colon health. But if it works for you that is all that is important.
