| I was on the internet looking for ways to cook fish when I got to thinking all the help my husband hs gotten from agtalk
Everytime I cook fish it tends to get overdone. I know I am leaving it in to long but I am so afraid of it being undercooked. So what is the rule of thumb? I like deep fried but not with alot of breading, and also a fan of broiled.
Any help would be appreciated. Tired of everytime I order fish at a restaurant and it being prebattered, If I wanted fish sticks I would go to the grocery store.
With everything going on we just don't get to all the fish fries the churches, and community groups are putting on. So my solution is learning to do it myself. | |
