Central IL | Works really good. Start with your favorite Bushes Baked Beans. Dump em in a 9 inch cake pan for maximum surface exposure to the smoke. Stir in a few favorite ingredients. Onions, brown sugar, mustard, molasses or whatever you prefer. Top it off with a few strips of bacon or chopped up ham steak and cook on the smoker till it starts to thicken a bit. ( a couple shots of old no 7 in the bean dish or otherwise is good but dont get carried away) | |
