North Central MN | I've owned Polaris, Yamaha, and Pioneer. I liked the Polaris for the creature comforts but always had nagging mechanical issues. The Yamaha Rhino was a great machine but had poor dealership support. I never owned a 1000 Pioneer but owned the 700 and the 500. I've stuck with the 500. It's by far the easiest machine to get in and out of and it's just simple and nimble. Same power train as the foreman. I've kept my S-10 blazer for do the things you'd maybe want a larger SXS for. Use mine for spot spraying, crop scouting, starting irrigators, and many more. The only thing I wish it had was power steering. | |
