Subject: RE: Soy Roy Smith bean sale day

In NW Iowa most beans have already turned colors to benefit much from 1.25 inches of rain we received on concrete-like soil conditions.

Can’t see a big Soy crop. I suspect 50 BU per acre will be toward the top end. Past years top end would be about 70.

High quality soils will still carry us through at near APH levels on Corn, though. The lighter soils will be well below APH.
