Subject: advice needed on R62 gleaner grain tank auger liner

East Central Nebraska
New to me R62 1995 year. It needs the liner replaced underneath the auger in the grain tank. It had poly in there and is all torn up. Previous owner retired and kept the machine in good shape and told me about it and is about the only thing it needs. I ordered one from my dealer. I see stainless is probably the way to go, but got one coming from AGCO. I plan on pulling out the auger and the guards and cover on top of it. Any advice laying the new piece in there? Never done this before. Do I need to caulk or silicone it down. What did you use or how to lay it properly in there and keep it down properly. I will use this machine on mostly soybeans and about 250 acres a year, so not alot of bushels will run thru it. Thanks Greg
