Camp Douglas Wi. 40miles nw of wi. dells
12 days ago we too were extremely dry, got 8” of rain. Our full season beans are 2.2-2.4 group, we do plant couple pro box’s of 1.5 to get combines tuned up then plant winter wheat. The 1.5s turned color before it rained and it was brutal watching them deteriorate from day to day, rain stopped the bleeding on them but I doubt there be much yield gain. All the 2.2-2.4s were green yet and really responded greatly from the heavy rain.
