No mention of a government contract in article or on listing with Hall and Hall. If they were getting boarded realtor would point it out. Listing does state ranch is leased, so it’s possible it’s a third party with a contract.

A lady in SW OK won an 80 million lottery years ago. I went to a farm auction intending to purchase the land and she showed up and bid against me.

I knew I was sunk but went ahead and ran her up to a large bid just to help out the farmer that was retiring. I remember being pretty puckered up by the time bid was twice what I intended to pay.
