E ND | Take a look at a Schulte SMR-600 or SMR-800. Basically a rock rake that's been adapted to a skid steer loader to work like a Harley Rake. It's not really meant to have shoes that run below grade but you could probably work something out with skids in place of the front dolly wheels. The 4" tooth option would be best.
