Maybe a harley power rake? I dont know how big they make them, but a guy had an 8' wide rake on landscaping crew 20 years ago, so you might find one in a size you can use. Probably other outfits making rakes or similar now. Maybe google it and see what comes up? They do quite well in dirt in my opinion.
