NS Canada | Unless they get rooting at one and pop a line off they are fine. My pump for the barns and house is in that barn, so keep a handful of animals in it to keep it thawed out. I dont think its the best for comfort and feet standing there all winter, but generally they are fine and the improvement in handling makes up for it..
Also have some box stalls for older bulls, by mid winter they lead themselves in pretty well as they knows its better living in there.
Also the last pic is a weaned bull calf along side a 1.5 yr old bull, learning the ropes.
