20 Miles West of Indianapolis Indiana | When I applied boron (10% dry product) it was always in the spring. I applied in spring because I was told it was pretty leachable like nitrogen or Sulfate.
I sort of gave up on it because I felt like I other things that were going to give me better return (tile was and is still #1 for me). For me it was around $10ish a pound if I remember correctly. Ive got a couple farms I’ve gotten in better shape as far as other fertility stand points and drainage. So I suppose it’s time to rethink it and apply some in managed strips if possible to do so, along with Zinc.
