This def could be the case in situations where guys like adding it trying to gain 5-10 bushel. We get southern rust down here and it can knock 50 bushel plus off if it comes on early. I think it depends on disease. Being from Minnesota I wouldn't think you have to worry about southern rust but everyone has their own problems in different areas.
