Well, then...when it gets to eating more fats, the type of fats become more important. Omega 3 oils and alpha linoielic oil that normally converts to DHA and EPA omega oils are good guys. Too much Omega 6 is bad.
When we get older [I'm 85] there is concern about blood clots causing heart attacks and strokes. I take 2,00 FU of nattokinase nautral supplement to dissolve any blood clots...check it out.
