Good post.

I don't know. It just tasted good. But perhaps it was more the spices and the texture (mouth feel) rather than the actual taste. Because we use at home most of the ingredients they used for spices, just without the flour or potatoes.

I do feel fortunate that the meal never brought up any cravings to go right back and do it again.

I, like you, have no desire to go back to the way I used to eat, feeling like the way I used to feel and being in the poor health I used to be.
