NOAA has provided maps of the normal early 32-36 frost dates.  It looks this one is pretty much average for timing.
Too many guys have been pushing their luck with later corn and soybean varieties, 2019 was an example, now we have this.

This is not a killing frost below 28, so the damage will vary.  Lets hope for the best.  If your soybeans are not turning color yet, this 
will be a concern.
