I wouldn't be so quick to call them stupid each area has its own way of farming. I doubt if the little bit of electricity (compared to the whole) has any affect on your price you pay fr electricity. Kind of like saying if my corn crop fails it will make the price of corn go up.my corn crop could fall off the face of the earth and no one would notice
