Tower Protek and Martin II protek are others to try.
With any fescues you plant make sure to treat them good the first 2 years. Sounds like you’re doing better at that than most. It takes 2 years for fescue to establish good. First cuttIng you ever get off of it I’d let it get fairly far along and keep cutting/grazing height up around 4”.
