Subject: RE: Triple Net Lease Hog Barn Economics

A lot of “morons” I know have done really well because their contract growing set up. Whether traditional contract or lease. We are 90/10 crop to hogs. Also the building would cash flow it’s self. Don’t have $400k lying around to by 80-100 acre ground to make that work.

Brother and I would probably form own LLC sell manure back for our farm ground. Build equity. Hopefully in 12 years we got a paid off barn that’s worth $500k, bringing in around 90k a year of rent.
