I think you have the right idea...you may be a tad early. Weekly could be doing a weird reaction high off the high I have marked, so you may still see a bar or two down. Try buying more if it hits the lower lines. Like right now I'm looking for it to move to the center blue line for the next pivot...if that line is broken I go to the next or if it crosses back above the line it just crossed would be bullish. 

Monthly I have marked off the years...as you can see we are definitely turning higher...Nice outside bar for sure. Has a really big range before it would be called bearish. It'd be nice if that blue line held all the way to the median-line
