West Central Illinois | Looks to be same make as mine that my grandpa says is from the 50s, heavy as heck but a pain in the butt. I would get rid of the thing if it wasn't free. The bars are pretty much exactly the wrong gap width just enough for calves to get their head through the sides but can't get back out so I get to play that game pretty often. The design of those bars where you can lift up the latch and lower them gives those side bars enough play to really get some bad situations in the chute with heads getting stuck through the sides of the chute. I have a similar small size operation but it's still a pain to deal with, but like I said I didn't pay for mine it was given to me so can't complain too much | |
