Really hard to outsmart the combine with beans. It has been several years since we haven't had fields average 80s with whole farm in the upper 60s to mid 70s. Even last year had some mid June beans go just shy of 80 field average. It was SO DRY this August I can't imagine getting any fileds go over 60 and would be happily surprised by 50s. Time will tell, but they are turning early and look pretty thin in the pod...
