You could plant and harvest Yellow or Green Peas, and still have plenty of time to plant wheat. Green peas usually come off end of July. Depending on variety could get $4 to $6 a bushel, depend on the rain should yield 20 to 40 bu. There is a market for Austrian Winter peas, but it is not as robust as yellow or greens.
