some thought that being short on vitamin D can make you more likely to get covid.

had several people tell me their doctor told them 20 minutes in the sun, a day would give you enough.

When you get a doctor check up, it isn't tested unless you ask for it.

I am in the dun 7 days a week, most of the day. Was taking 2000units a day. had mine checked. it was 27. my doctor said it should be 30 to 100. some doctors say it should be 50 or 60 +.

My doctor prescribed 5000 a day for me. I know some people who are taking 10000 a day to keep it up.

as the days get shorter and sun lower, might need more.

Just might be a good idea to get it checked & talk to your Dr about it.

if taking vitamin d, need k2also
