Subject: RE: Base load capacity, other questions answered

East Troy, WI

Depends .  Say on a -20F day
If you plug in your car- (and use "departure time" charging), with additional cabin pre-heat. your pack is warm.  Keep the cabin at 60, either recirc with window cracked or enough to keep things defrosted, you should still have well over 200 miles per charge

If you (or in our household, my wife) doesn't plug in, it sitting outside, battery pack is at -20, expect a BIG hit - like 125-150 range.

With 9 year of EV experience, you learn to anticipate.   I have to say my wife still is not good at plugging it in.
