Misspoke, it was subsidizes at the beginning. EV is being subsidized to get it started also. Mandated now, but isn’t there a govt mandate now on how much power needs to be generated from renewables by such and such a year? Was there fed money spent to put in e15 and e85 pumps? Not sure.
