I know its not what youve asked for but 2 inch aluminum irrigation pipe works slick,probably 4 inch better.We stick a 6x6 in ground strap pipe to it,run power up inside pipe,They wiggle but never break,seen 80 mph.Have 3 here all with LED on top.Dont lean ladder on at top or frigged
