West Central IL | I begin to wonder if I'm fat on the inside. Anyways, I think a lot of this is old, but is new. It's the way people used to eat in cave man times, but it's new to us and the researchers. I think they figure more out as time goes on. Something you watch that's from 5 years ago about this may be different now as they've learned more how the body changes with low carb, keto, fasting, and carnivore. The Atkins was around, but I'm sure there's some differences between it and keto. | |
