Ive had WHIP plus information at local FSA office for 4 months. Everytime I inquire about their progress on WHIP, they tell me they had to get all the CFAP out of the way, first, as it had a deadline. With that in mind, Perdue is correct, WHIP should have had a deadline.
I would question their excuses. I sent my 2018 WHIP and CFAP paperwork in at the same time. I received the WHIP payment before the CFAP. |
