West central missouri | Vicky Hartzler was at Windsor Livestock Auction yesterday. She gave about a 10 minute talk at the beginning of the sale and did not mention a second enrollment. She did talk about the fact that people who sold cattle just before or after the cutoff were treated unfairly and congress has directed the USDA to look at a way to include those cattle in a payment. | |
