39.48, -82.98 | I can't think of a CRS that QGIS does NOT have, including georeferenced DWG / DXF files. I keep finding more things to like about QGIS.
I don't know about shifting coordinates, but QGIS works with Python scripts...so you can do about anything with it. In fact, as you watch the GDAL commands whiz by, you realize you can copy those into a Python IDE and do all sorts of things. | |
