NC Iowa | Clear lake iowa, is close and a has a very nice and private area to get the boat in the water and setup. Temperatures in the 80's and a steady 15mph wind. Perfect day. I bought the boat in 1974 right after I got out of the navy. My kids were the recipient of many outings. I even took them out of school for an 'appointment ' sometimes.
I bought this boat in 1974. A ghost 13. A well designed sloop rigged small lightweight fiberglass boat that will plane in a moderate wind like we had Wednesday. I didn't get it to the lake last summer because I was still regaining arm strength after shoulder surgery. I had considered selling it, but now I am glad I didn't.
