My wife usually does one dive a day with me while we are in Bonaire. Then she does other activities the rest of the day. I usually do two, often one by myself. Diving alone is not recommended, and I don't recommend it, but for me it is kind of like a walk out in my pasture I have done it so much. Also I normally only go to dive sites I am very familiar with and never in questionable conditions when diving alone.

If you want to join us in Bonaire for a week or two I can partner up with you. A week is too short. Costs too much for the plane to only go for a week. We find once we get there, vacationing in Bonaire is no more expensive than traveling around the US. Just the air fare difference.

Bonire you can easily rent a car and explore the island. Very safe and mostly English speaking.
