West Central IL | I've pretty much gave up breakfast. Maybe a couple times a month is all. For lunch I try to eat no carbs or very few. Supper time I normally eat anything these days. I'm probably not getting the calories I need, I probably don't eat as much protein and fat calories I should. My diet seems to be ever evolving to what works the best. It'll change up again when I'm not home for lunch in about a month. I'm going to try and pack low and no carbs foods with me for lunch. |
