The 2% would be reducing the fat content while leaving all the remaining sugar. Better to drink whole full fat milk. Doing the mix I talk about would reducing the milk sugar by nearly half (there is still a little bit even in heavy creme) while increasing the fat content.

That would be the goal of a low carb diet. Reduce the sugar load while increasing the fat.

Not sure how well that mix would actually mix up. Might have to put it in a blender.
