BENTON, MO | I apologize to you dairy guys, I know its not milk, but I have trouble drinking real milk, it bloats me. It is a lot lower in carbs, 1 per cup. If I want a little milk to drink I put a small amount of honey in it. You could also mix it with regular milk. It comes unsweetened with 30 calories per cup, or 60 calories per cup with sugar added. Try it, you might like it.
