I have repeatedly tried this with mixed to no results. When my gut is populated with really bad bugs, it is next to impossible to dislodge them longer term. This apparently only changes when the gut is really cleaned out. So cleaned out that anything eaten produces discomfort.
We're all different, of course. What works for some, doesn't work for me, it seems.
