| Yes, and like I said - it was a surprise to me that even though the weight was kept constant, the diet worked.
But the earlier study really struck me as indicative of the mindsets in the field of nutrition. They did not include data for eating a low carb diet consisting of red meat. I wonder if they were afraid of what they might find? Or, that it was simply unethical to even consider a diet like that? It had to be a Mediterranean low carb diet. That way it was PC.
And those "researchers" who gave the pork eaters a sugary drink - they would make good climate scientists, wouldn't they? (BG) | |
