Western Iowa
The paint marker or angle gauges are nice deals but a much cheaper solution is to just count the flats on the bolt head. Each flat is 60 degrees. Need to tighten the bolt 120 degrees? Just turn it 2 flats.

I haven't seen a torque turn that isn't an increment of 60 degrees. Makes it really simple and I think that was done on purpose...........
