Central KY
I have a home made I use on deer, usually will do a couple roast worth of meat. One bottle of Worcestershire sauce, one bottle soy and don’t use lite, half bottle liquid smoke, salt and black pepper, some red pepper flake, brown sugar, little onion powder, let marinate for at least four hours to a day depend on how strong you want and how thick meat is. I use a deli slicer and make it pretty thin. Take out of marinate and dry with paper towel then put on dehydrator.
