Newfane NY | I know there was a couple that has been talked about on here but I do not remember the best one as recommended by mr. John Burns. This will be my six month check up and since starting intermittent fasting six months ago I have lowered my A-1 C from 7.1 to 6.3.I am aware that is probably not the best I can do but I will admit I am a stress eater
The doctor I go to is very open to listening and I am hoping he will be satisfied with my progress | |
