Subject: NAFDL and high triglicerides - marathon runners take note

Pittsburg, Kansas

Dr Tim Noakes with a tremendous presentation showing that it is the liver that produces high triglycerides and causes insulin resistance. So what causes NAFDL (non-alcoholic fatty liver disease) and excess triglyceride production? Excessive carbohydrate consumption in persons that are carbohydrate intolerant. "50% of the adults in California are insulin resistant because they are either diabetic or pre-diabetic. The other 50% have not been tested".

Marathon runners take note. Noakes was a marathon runner and trainer and wrote a book about the subject.
