Dr Tim Noakes with a tremendous presentation showing that it is the liver that produces high triglycerides and causes insulin resistance. So what causes NAFDL (non-alcoholic fatty liver disease) and excess triglyceride production? Excessive carbohydrate consumption in persons that are carbohydrate intolerant.
