Subject: Spraying Insecticide and Fungicide Early Morning

West-Central Missouri
So Becks PFR tests shows spraying fungicide at 8:00 am yeilded better than sprayed later in day.
Does dew on soybean leaves not cause it to run off like it does herbicide?
Is it ok to spray insecticide (Leverage 360 for podworm in soybeans ) it that early?
This would be in soybeans at R4 about waist high.
