With the vineyard right behind our house we get to watch the season progress in the grapes.
when the grapes start to change color the clock starts ticking to harvest. The first grapes usually start coming in around the first week of September. This year Ryan is talking about 100 ton of grapes to process. I haven’t even thought about how long that is going to take.
