| Like others, I put on weight during the lockdown and probably a little more after. I’m drinking lots of water and am burning lots of calories out in the heat everyday.
Question: If a person only had bread as buttered toast during breakfast (and a meat) but then primarily ate grilled chicken and beef for all other meals, would he/she lose weight. I don’t eat desserts and rarely ever cookies. Currently taking a multi vitamin.
